Digital posters
Digital poster display software for windows, aisles and walls
Replace printed posters with portrait screens you can change from a browser. Describe a promotion, get three poster designs from AI, and schedule each one for the days and hours it should run.
First 3 screens free. No credit card.
Portrait posters by default
Ask for a vertical layout and the AI Designer builds posters sized for tall screens, not cropped landscape slides.
No print runs
Change a price or a headline in the editor and publish it, instead of reprinting and re-hanging posters.
Promotions that start and stop
Give each poster a date range so it appears on launch day and disappears when the offer ends.
Window screens at night
Schedule a different loop after closing, or turn the display off and on remotely.
Posters designed by describing them
A poster has one job: stop someone walking past. Describe the offer, such as "spring sale, 30% off outerwear, bold type, portrait", and the AI Designer returns three variations sized for a tall screen. Refine with "more premium", "photo on top" or "add a QR code to the shop". Every poster is an editable scene, so you can tweak the type, swap the image or adjust colors yourself.
- Three portrait variations per prompt
- Plain-language follow-up edits
- QR codes linking to your site or offer
- Templates for sales, launches and events
Rotate posters in a playlist
One screen can carry several posters. Put them in a playlist, set how long each stays up, add transitions, and loop or shuffle the order. Give individual items start and end dates so a poster drops out when its offer expires. Mix in short video clips or an image from your content library, and preview the playlist before it goes live.
- Ordered or shuffled loops
- Per-item durations and transitions
- Start and end dates on each item
- Images, video and designed scenes together
Schedule by day and hour
The scheduler decides which playlist runs when. Show a morning commuter loop, a midday lunch offer and an evening window display, each on its own daypart. Recurrence handles weekends, and Promotion priority lets a launch take over every poster screen for its date range. When the promotion ends, the regular loop returns without anyone touching the screens or remembering to swap the posters.
- Weekly daypart timeline
- Weekend and holiday recurrence
- Promotion priority for launches
- Takeover campaigns across every store

Manage poster screens remotely
Poster screens tend to live in awkward places: in a window, at the end of an aisle, high on a wall. The dashboard shows each one's status and current content. Take a screenshot to check what it is showing, refresh it, or turn the display off and on for closing time. Content is cached locally, so posters keep playing if store Wi-Fi drops.
- Remote screenshot and refresh
- Display off and on commands
- Offline cache on the player
- Status and last heartbeat per screen

FAQ
Digital posters: common questions
What is a digital poster display?
It is a portrait screen, often freestanding or in a window, that shows posters you can change from software instead of printing them.
Do I need a special poster screen?
No. Any display mounted in portrait that runs a modern browser, or has an Android or Google TV device connected, will work. Purpose-built poster displays work too if they run a browser.
Can a poster disappear when the offer ends?
Yes. Give the playlist item or the schedule an end date and it stops playing automatically.
Can the AI make posters in portrait?
Yes. Ask for a portrait or vertical layout, or ask it to "make it vertical" after it creates a landscape design.
Can I show different posters at night?
Yes. Set an evening daypart with its own playlist, or turn the display off remotely after closing.
How much does it cost?
The first three screens are free. After that, plans start at $3 per screen per month.
