Gym digital signage

Gym digital signage for class schedules and member promos

Show today’s classes at the front desk, membership offers in the lobby, and the workout of the day in the studio. Screens follow your day from the early-morning rush to evening classes without anyone changing them by hand.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Schedules members can read

Post today’s classes, instructors, and rooms on a clear front-desk screen.

02

Built for gym hours

Early Morning, Midday, and Evening dayparts each get the content that fits who is there.

03

Promos from a prompt

Ask for “bring a friend free in January, high energy” and choose from three designs.

04

One studio or many

Run a single location for free or manage a whole chain from one dashboard.

The class schedule, always on the wall

Members check the board before they check the app. Build a weekly class schedule screen, then update it when an instructor subs out or a class moves rooms. Ask the AI Designer to “change Tuesday 6 PM spin to HIIT with Maria” and confirm the edit instead of rebuilding the layout. Pulling schedules from your booking software is planned through data connections, and a countdown widget for workout timers is planned too.

  • Daily and weekly schedule layouts
  • Quick edits for subs and room changes
  • Workout of the day screens for the studio
  • Booking-system feeds and timers planned

Member promotions at the right hours

The 6 AM crowd and the 6 PM crowd want different things. Use Early Morning, Midday, and Evening dayparts to show personal training offers to regulars before work, kids’ programs at midday, and challenge sign-ups in the evening rush. Recurring rules handle weekly events like Saturday community classes, and date ranges keep January promotions from running into February. Every item can be an image, a video, or a web page.

  • Dayparts matched to member traffic
  • Recurring weekly events
  • Date-limited membership offers
  • Images, video, and web pages in one playlist

Run a whole chain from one place

Franchise and multi-location gyms need consistent branding with room for local flavor. Corporate sets the national campaign once and it inherits to every club, while each manager adds local classes and events. Check every screen’s status, see what is playing, and send a refresh or restart without driving to the club. Franchise sub-accounts are part of the Enterprise plan for groups that need them.

  • Corporate, region, club, and screen inheritance
  • Remote status, screenshots, and restarts
  • Offline playback from a local cache
  • Franchise sub-accounts on Enterprise

FAQ

Gyms & fitness: common questions

Can the screen pull classes from our booking software?

Not yet. Data connections are planned. Today you update the schedule screen in the editor or with a quick AI Designer request.

Can screens show a workout timer?

A countdown widget is planned. For now you can show a timer web page or a video as a playlist item.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any TV with a web browser works, and Android/Google TV devices are supported. Fire TV support is coming.

Is it free for a single studio?

Yes, for up to three screens. The first three screens are always free, including playlists, scheduling, and basic dayparting.

Can franchise owners manage their own clubs?

Each club can run its own schedules on top of corporate content today. Franchise sub-accounts are part of the Enterprise plan.
