Restaurant digital signage

Restaurant digital signage that runs your menu by daypart

Describe the menu board you want and the AI Designer builds three on-brand options to choose from. Set breakfast, lunch, and late-night menus once, and every screen switches on time, even when the restaurant's Wi-Fi drops.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Menus that follow the clock

Set Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Late Night dayparts once. Screens switch at the times you choose without anyone touching them.

02

A new special from one sentence

Type “fall soup special, warm colors, $6.99” and pick from three designs that match your menu.

03

Corporate menus, local specials

Head office sets the core menu for every store, and each location layers its own specials on top.

04

No blank boards at lunch rush

Each screen plays from a verified local copy of its content, so a dropped connection does not stop the menu.

Build every menu board with the AI Designer

Start with a description instead of a blank canvas. Tell the AI Designer what you sell, the board size, and the feel you want, and it returns three layouts with item names, prices, and food photography in place. Ask for follow-ups like “make it vertical,” “breakfast version,” or “put the burger on the left,” then fine-tune any price or photo in the visual editor before you publish.

  • Three variations for every prompt
  • Edit items and prices directly in the visual editor
  • Landscape and portrait versions of the same board
  • Templates for combos, value menus, and limited-time offers

Dayparting built around service periods

A restaurant sells different things at 7 AM and 9 PM, so the schedule does the heavy lifting. Lay out Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner, and Late Night on a weekly timeline and give each block its own playlist. A weekend promotion can run at a higher priority, and a temporary override can post a sold-out notice for the next two hours, then hand the board back to the regular menu.

  • Weekly daypart timeline with copy Monday to all weekdays
  • Normal, Promotion, and Emergency priorities
  • Recurring rules such as a Friday fish special
  • Temporary overrides that expire on their own

Run one location or a whole franchise

Schedules inherit from corporate to region to location to screen, so a brand-wide launch goes out once while store managers keep their local boards. See which screens are online, what each one is playing, and when it last checked in, and send a refresh or restart from the dashboard. Live price sync from Square and Toast is planned. Today, you change a price in the editor and republish.

  • Corporate, region, location, and screen inheritance
  • Indoor and drive-thru boards in one account
  • Remote refresh, screenshot, and restart
  • Square and Toast menu connections on the roadmap

How it works

Live on screen in three steps

  1. 1

    Pair your menu screens

Open the player on any screen with a web browser or an Android/Google TV device and enter the code it shows into your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Describe each menu

Ask the AI Designer for a board per daypart, then check prices and photos in the editor.

  3. 3

    Set your dayparts and publish

Assign each playlist to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Late Night, and the screens take it from there.

FAQ

Restaurants & QSR: common questions

Can my menu prices update from my POS automatically?

Not yet. Native Square and Toast connections are planned. Today you change a price in the editor and republish, and every screen showing that board picks up the change.

Can different locations show different prices or specials?

Yes. Corporate sets the shared menu schedule, and each location or screen can overlay its own version through schedule inheritance.

What happens if the internet goes down during service?

The player stores checksummed copies of your content on the device and keeps playing them. When the connection returns, it syncs any changes.

What hardware do I need for a menu board?

Any display or TV with a web browser works, and Android/Google TV devices are supported. Fire TV, Windows, macOS, and Raspberry Pi players are coming.

What would six menu screens cost?

The first three screens are always free, so you pay for three. On Standard at $3 per screen per month that is $9 a month, or $15 a month on the AI plan at $5 per screen.
