Church digital signage
Digital signage for churches and houses of worship
Share service times, small groups, volunteer needs, and upcoming events on screens in the foyer, fellowship hall, and children’s wing. Volunteers create a polished announcement by describing it, and the schedule decides what shows each day.
First 3 screens free. No credit card.
Announcements volunteers can make
Describe the event in a sentence and pick from three finished designs.
Weekend and midweek schedules
Show service content on weekends and class or group content midweek, automatically.
Free for three screens
The first three screens are always free, which covers many congregations.
TVs you already have
Any TV with a web browser or an Android/Google TV device can run the player.
Announcements anyone on the team can make
Many announcement slides are made by volunteers on a Saturday night. With the AI Designer, a volunteer types “Fall festival, October 26, 4 to 7 PM, family friendly, warm colors” and picks from three finished designs. Edit the details in the visual editor, add a QR code for sign-ups, and schedule it to run until the event. Templates keep recurring items like baptism Sunday and volunteer drives consistent.
- Three designs for each announcement
- QR codes for sign-ups and giving pages
- Templates for recurring ministry events
- Automatic end dates after each event
A schedule that knows weekend from midweek
Set dayparts for weekend services, the time between services, and midweek activities. The foyer shows welcome and next steps before services, the fellowship hall shows events and serving opportunities afterward, and the children’s wing shows check-in reminders. Recurring rules handle weekly and monthly events, and date ranges cover seasons like Advent, Lent, Ramadan, or the High Holy Days, so seasonal content appears and retires on its own.
- Weekend, between-service, and midweek dayparts
- Weekly and monthly recurring events
- Seasonal content by date range
- Different loops for foyer, hall, and kids areas

Easy on the budget and the setup
Most congregations do not have an IT team. Open the player on any TV with a web browser, enter the pairing code in your dashboard, and the screen is connected. Content is stored on the device, so it keeps playing if the building Wi-Fi is unreliable. Up to three screens are free, and multi-campus churches can share content across campuses while each one adds its own.
- Pair a screen with a short on-screen code
- Free for the first three screens
- Offline playback from a local cache
- Shared content across campuses

FAQ
Houses of worship: common questions
Is it really free for a small congregation?
Yes, for up to three screens. The first three screens are always free, including playlists, scheduling, and basic dayparting.
Can volunteers use it without design experience?
That is what the AI Designer is for. Describe the announcement in plain words, pick a design, and adjust details in the editor.
Can we show the livestream or service video?
You can show web pages and uploaded videos as playlist items. YouTube and Vimeo widgets are planned.
Can it replace our worship lyrics software?
No. DigitalSign is built for announcement and information screens around the building, not for lyrics or presentation during the service.
Do we need to buy special players?
No. A TV with a web browser works, and Android/Google TV devices are supported. Fire TV and Raspberry Pi players are coming.
