Real estate digital signage

Real estate digital signage for listing windows and offices

Turn your office window into a rotating showcase of current listings, open houses, and recently sold homes. Create a listing screen from a description and photos, and schedule it to come down the day the home goes under contract.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Listing screens from a description

Paste the price, beds, baths, and highlights, add photos, and pick from three layouts.

02

Open houses on a schedule

Promote Saturday’s open house all week and remove it automatically on Sunday.

03

A window that works after hours

Window screens keep showing listings at night, when foot traffic is still walking past.

04

Brokerage brand, agent listings

Keep office branding consistent while each agent’s listings rotate through.

Listing screens in minutes

Upload the listing photos and tell the AI Designer “3 bed, 2 bath craftsman, $425,000, new kitchen, portrait for the window.” It returns three layouts with the price, details, and photos in place. Make a landscape version for the lobby with a follow-up request, add a QR code that links to the listing page, and drop it into the window playlist. Save your favorite layout as a template for every new listing.

  • Three layouts per listing
  • QR codes to the full listing
  • Portrait window and landscape lobby versions
  • Reusable listing templates

A window that sells after hours

People walk past real estate offices in the evening and on weekends, when nobody is inside. Schedule the window loop to run until late, with new listings first and open houses featured the days before they happen. Date ranges take listings down when they go under contract, and the player keeps playing from its local cache if the office internet goes out overnight.

  • Evening and weekend window schedules
  • Open house promos with automatic end dates
  • Just listed and just sold rotations
  • Offline playback from a local cache

Offices, leasing centers, and model homes

Brokerages with several offices can set shared brand content once and let each office run its own listings. New-construction sales centers and apartment leasing offices use the same tools for floor plans, available units, and move-in specials. Listing feeds through REST, JSON, and CSV data connections are planned; today, listings are added through the AI Designer and editor, and a new listing takes a few minutes.

  • Shared brokerage content across offices
  • Leasing specials and available units
  • Model home and sales center screens
  • Listing feeds planned

FAQ

Real estate: common questions

Can listings come in automatically from the MLS?

Not yet. Listing feeds through data connections are planned. Today you add listings with the AI Designer, which takes a few minutes per home.

Can I add a QR code to each listing?

Yes. The editor supports QR codes, so passersby can open the full listing on their phone.

What kind of screen works in a window?

Any display with a web browser, or one paired with an Android/Google TV device. Choose a high-brightness display for sun-facing windows.

Can each agent manage their own listings?

Agents can work in the same account today. Location-scoped roles and approval steps are planned.

What does a single window screen cost?

Nothing. The first three screens are always free.
