Dispensary digital signage

Dispensary digital signage and menu screens

Put your product menu behind the counter, daily deals in the lobby, and product education where customers wait. Every design can be previewed before it publishes, and menus switch on schedule for daily deals, weekend specials, and new drops.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Menus behind the counter

Organize flower, edibles, vapes, and accessories into clear menu boards.

02

Check it before it’s live

Preview every design so your team can review wording before anything reaches a screen.

03

Daily deals on schedule

Run a different deal each weekday and let each one switch on its own at open.

04

Every location on brand

Share menus and deals across stores while each location adjusts for local stock.

Menu screens behind the counter

Customers read the menu before they reach the budtender. Build category boards for flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, and concentrates with strain names, THC and CBD percentages, and prices. Ask the AI Designer for “edibles menu, clean and modern, dark background, portrait” and edit each line in the editor. Menu sync from your POS or online menu platform is planned through REST, JSON, and CSV feeds; today, updates happen in the editor.

  • Category boards with prices and potency
  • Edit any line directly in the editor
  • Landscape and portrait menu layouts
  • POS and menu feeds planned

Messaging you review before it goes live

Cannabis advertising rules vary by state, and screens are part of what regulators and customers see. Keep claims factual and add required warnings directly in the design. Every design and playlist can be previewed in the dashboard, so a manager can check wording before publishing. Until built-in approval chains, location-scoped roles, and a Brand Kit with saved disclaimers arrive, keep publishing access with the people who sign off.

  • Required warnings built into the design
  • Full previews before publishing
  • Approval chains and roles planned
  • Saved disclaimers in the Brand Kit planned

Deals and drops that run on their own

Most dispensaries run a weekly deal calendar, with a different category featured each day. Set each daily deal as a recurring rule so Monday’s deal shows only on Mondays, give holiday promotions a date range, and use Promotion priority to feature a new drop above the regular loop. Lobby and waiting-area screens can mix deals with product education on dosing, consumption methods, and store policies.

  • Weekday deals on recurring rules
  • Promotion priority for new drops
  • Product education in waiting areas
  • Offline playback from a local cache

    Review and schedule

Preview each design, set your weekly deal calendar, and publish.

FAQ

Dispensaries: common questions

Can the menu sync with my POS or online menu?

Not yet. Data connections for menu feeds are planned. Today you update menus in the editor and every screen showing them picks up the change.

Does DigitalSign make my signage compliant?

No. Rules vary by state, and your team is responsible for the content. You can add required warnings to every design and preview it before publishing.

Can I run a different deal every day?

Yes. Set each deal as a recurring weekday rule and it shows only on its day.

What if an item sells out?

Remove it from the board in the editor and republish, or post a temporary override. Inventory-based rules are planned.

What do menu screens cost?

The first three screens are always free. After that, Standard is $3 per screen per month and the AI plan is $5.
