FAQ

Pricing questions

Are the first three screens really free?

Yes, on every plan. You only pay for active screens beyond the first three, so 10 screens on Standard is 7 × $3 = $21 a month.

What counts as a screen?

A screen is a display that is paired and active. Screens you unpair or deactivate stop counting toward your bill.

How does AI usage work?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI designs for your organization: 15 on Free, 25 on Standard, 300 on AI, 600 on Pro and 5,000 on Enterprise. The allowance is per organization, not per screen, and counts new designs only: AI edits, Ask Signage AI and automation drafts do not use it up. A design takes a minute or two including photography.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any screen with a modern web browser can run the DigitalSign player at player.digitalsign.co, and Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV devices run the DigitalSign app (on Fire TV, type app.digitalsign.co/tv into the Downloader app). Native Windows, Mac and Raspberry Pi players are coming soon.

Can I mix plans across screens?

Plans apply to your whole organization. Talk to sales if you need different plans for different locations.

How do I pay?

Paid plans are billed monthly per screen by card through Stripe, and you can change plans or cancel from Settings in the app. If you are planning a larger rollout, talk to sales about Enterprise terms.

What does Enterprise include?

Everything in Pro and 1 TB of storage, plus single sign-on (SAML or OIDC) with SCIM provisioning, a searchable audit log with CSV and API export, a two-factor requirement for email sign-in, white label and custom domains, franchise sub-accounts, a reseller portal with wholesale pricing, and a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits (see the public status page). Private cloud is available by arrangement. Pricing is by volume, so talk to sales.
