Employee communication screens that people actually read
Put announcements, safety reminders and recognition on the screens your team walks past every day. Write the message, let the AI Designer lay it out, and schedule it to the right sites, shifts and break rooms.
First 3 screens free. No credit card.
From memo to slide in seconds
Paste an announcement and ask for a screen. The AI Designer turns it into three readable, on-brand layouts.
Targeted by site and shift
Show company news everywhere and shift-specific notices only to the break rooms that need them.
Company-wide takeovers
Run an all-hands reminder on every screen from 12 to 1 PM with a takeover campaign, then return to the regular loop.
Reach people without email
Frontline teams who rarely check email still pass a screen. Put the message where they already are.
Write the message, the AI does the layout
Internal comms teams rarely have a designer on hand. Paste the text of an announcement, such as an open enrollment deadline or a new safety rule, and ask for a screen. The AI Designer returns three variations that fit your screen's shape. Refine with requests like "shorter headline" or "add a QR code to the form", or adjust any element in the editor.
- Three layouts from your own text
- QR codes that link to forms or pages
- Templates for recognition, safety and events
- Portrait and landscape versions
The right audience for every message
Organize screens by location and group them by department or area. Corporate news inherits to every site, while a plant manager adds local notices for their floor. Dayparting lets you show shift-change reminders before each shift starts and a quieter loop overnight. Recurrence handles weekly items like "safety moment every Monday" without anyone rescheduling them, and date ranges retire seasonal items on time.
- Inheritance: Corporate, Region, Location, Screen
- Screen groups by department or area
- Shift-based dayparts and recurrence
- Takeover campaigns for company-wide moments
Show the tools you already use
A scene can include a webpage or iframe today, so a public intranet page, a status page or an existing dashboard can sit in the rotation. Planned widgets such as a news ticker, countdown, Google Sheets and Google Calendar will make recurring content easier. Planned roles and approvals will let a location manager draft content that corporate signs off on before it goes live.
- Webpage and iframe scenes available today
- Ticker, countdown and calendar widgets planned
- Roles and approval chains planned
- Images and video in the same playlist

Reliable on every floor
Each player downloads its content, validates it and plays from local storage, so a congested network or a Wi-Fi gap in the warehouse does not blank the screen. The dashboard shows which screens are online, what they are playing and when they last checked in. Refresh, restart or adjust volume remotely instead of sending someone to walk the building and check each break room.
- Offline cache on every player
- Online and offline status at a glance
- Remote refresh, restart, volume and display power
- Remote screenshot to confirm what is showing

How it works
Live on screen in three steps
- 1
Paste your announcement
Ask the AI Designer for a screen and pick one of three layouts.
- 2
Choose who sees it
Target sites, screen groups and shifts with the scheduler.
- 3
Publish
Send it to the screens and confirm with a remote screenshot.
FAQ
Employee screens: common questions
What are employee communication screens?
They are TVs in break rooms, hallways and production floors that show company news, safety reminders and recognition. They reach staff who do not sit at a desk or read email often.
Can different sites see different messages?
Yes. Content set at the corporate level reaches every site, and each location can add its own messages on top.
Can I show an existing dashboard or intranet page?
Yes. Add the page to a scene as a webpage or iframe. It must be viewable from the screen's browser without an interactive login.
Do you support approvals before content goes live?
Roles and approval chains are planned but not available yet. Today, anyone with access to the account can publish.
Can screens show different content on each shift?
Yes. Set dayparts that match your shift times and assign a playlist to each one.
What do employee screens cost?
The first three screens are free. Additional screens start at $3 per screen per month.
