Hotel digital signage

Hotel digital signage for lobbies, events, and amenities

Greet guests in the lobby, list the day’s meetings outside the ballroom, and promote the restaurant, spa, and bar during the hours they are open. Each property runs its own screens while brand standards come from one account.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Welcome boards in minutes

Describe the group or event and get three on-brand welcome screens to choose from.

02

Outlets promoted at the right hour

Breakfast in the morning, spa in the afternoon, the bar after 5 PM, all on a schedule.

03

Event boards for every function

Post the day’s meetings and room assignments outside each space and take them down when the event ends.

04

Brand standards across properties

Set content once for the portfolio and let each property add its own events.

A lobby that feels current

Guests notice when the lobby screen shows a holiday promotion in March. Build a lobby loop with a welcome message, property highlights, local attractions, and dining hours, then give seasonal items date ranges so they retire on time. Ask the AI Designer for “welcome board for the Patel wedding, elegant, ivory and gold” and post it for the weekend with a temporary override that expires on its own.

  • Seasonal content with automatic end dates
  • Temporary welcome overrides for groups
  • Portrait and landscape layouts for any wall
  • Weather and clock widgets planned

Meeting and event boards

Event and sales teams change room assignments constantly. Create a daily events board listing each function, room, and time, and put door screens outside each meeting room. Update it from the dashboard when a group moves, and every screen reflects the change. Pulling event schedules from Google Calendar or your sales system is planned; today, the AI Designer turns a pasted agenda into a clean board.

  • Daily event listings by room
  • Door screens per meeting space
  • Fast edits when a room changes
  • Calendar connections planned

Promote outlets by the hour

Each outlet has its own rhythm, so the schedule follows it. Show the breakfast buffet from 6 to 10 AM, the spa and pool in the afternoon, happy hour from 4 to 7, and the late-night menu after 9. Dayparts set the regular pattern, recurring rules cover weekend brunch, and Promotion priority lifts a special event above the everyday loop for its run.

  • Dayparts for breakfast, afternoon, and evening
  • Weekend brunch and recurring events
  • Promotion priority for special events
  • Restaurant menu boards in the same account

    Design the core loops

Create lobby, events, and outlet content with templates and the AI Designer.

  3. 3

    Schedule the day

Assign content to dayparts and add temporary overrides for groups and events.

FAQ

Hotels & hospitality: common questions

Can the screens show our event schedule automatically?

Not yet. Calendar and data connections are planned. Today you update the events board in the dashboard and every screen picks it up.

Can we put this on in-room TVs?

DigitalSign is built for shared screens in public areas. In-room guest TV systems are not part of the product.

Can each hotel in our group manage its own content?

Yes. Portfolio content inherits down to each property, and each property adds its own schedules on top. Enterprise plans add sub-accounts.

Can the lobby show local weather?

A weather widget is planned. For now you can show a weather web page as a playlist item.

What if the hotel network goes down?

Each screen keeps playing from its local cache and syncs any changes when the connection returns.
