Content loops

Digital signage playlists that are easy to build and update

Line up designs, images, videos and web pages, set how long each one shows, and loop them on any screen. Drag to reorder, shuffle, nest playlists and add start and end dates to individual items.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Drag-and-drop ordering

Reorder items by dragging them, and set a duration for each one.

02

Loop, shuffle and transitions

Choose whether a playlist loops in order or shuffles, and how items transition.

03

Nested playlists

Drop one playlist inside another so shared content stays in one place.

04

Dates on individual items

Give a single item a start and end date without touching the rest of the loop.

Build a loop in a couple of minutes

Add designs, images, videos and web pages from your content library in a few clicks, drag them into the order you want, and set a duration for each. Preview the playlist before it goes live. Choose to loop in order or shuffle, and pick transitions between items. Playlists hold content only: when and where they play is handled by scheduling, so you can reuse the same playlist across dayparts and locations.

  • Designs, images, videos and web pages
  • Per-item durations
  • Preview before publishing
  • Loop in order or shuffle

Nested playlists for shared content

Most businesses have content that belongs everywhere, like a brand loop or safety notice, plus content that is local. Put the shared items in their own playlist and nest it inside each location playlist. Update the shared playlist once and every playlist that includes it changes. It keeps large rollouts manageable without copying the same items over and over, and it means a brand refresh reaches every location in one edit.

  • Nest one playlist inside another
  • Update shared content in one place
  • Keep local and brand content separate

Item-level dates and rules

A two-week promotion does not need its own playlist. Give that item a start and end date and it joins the loop on time and drops out when it ends. Item-level rules let you show or hide specific items under conditions you set, so one loop can serve several situations. Playlists are included on every plan, including Free for up to three screens.

  • Start and end dates per item

FAQ

Playlists: common questions

How long can each item show?

You set the duration per item, so a menu can stay up longer than a quick promotion.

Can I use the same playlist on many screens?

Yes. Playlists are separate from schedules, so one playlist can run on any number of screens and dayparts.

What is a nested playlist?

It is a playlist placed inside another playlist. It lets you keep shared content in one place and update it once.

Can an item play only for a set period?

Yes. Give the item a start and end date and it joins and leaves the loop automatically.

Are playlists in the Free plan?

Yes. Playlists are included on every plan.
