Retail digital signage

Retail digital signage for promotions that run on schedule

Put weekly promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns on screens in the window, on endcaps, and by the register. Describe a promo in plain words, pick one of three designs, and schedule it to start and stop on its own.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Promos from a single prompt

Describe the offer and the screen size, and the AI Designer returns three ready-to-edit layouts.

02

Campaigns that end on time

Give every promotion a start and end date so last weekend’s sale never lingers on a screen.

03

Chain-wide or store by store

Push a national campaign to every store while each manager keeps local events on their own screens.

04

Window screens that stay on

Screens play from a local cache, so a store network hiccup does not leave a dark window.

Turn this week's offer into a screen in minutes

Merchandising moves fast, and signage should keep up. Type “BOGO denim this weekend, bold, portrait for the front window” and the AI Designer returns three layouts with your copy and imagery in place. Ask for a landscape version for the register screen or a holiday theme for December, then adjust colors, photos, or fine print in the visual editor. Save the result as a template so next week’s promo starts from the same look.

  • Portrait window posters and landscape wall screens
  • Follow-ups like “more premium” or “holiday themed”
  • Upload product photos and video to the content library
  • Save any design as a reusable template

Schedule campaigns around how stores sell

Retail runs on dates: weekend sales, back-to-school, holiday hours, clearance events. Every campaign gets a date range and a priority, so a Promotion block wins over the everyday loop while it runs and steps aside when it ends. Recurring rules cover the regular beats, like weekend-only offers or a first-Friday event, and a takeover can put one message on every screen in the chain for a set window.

  • Date ranges with automatic start and stop
  • Weekend, weekday, and first-of-month recurrence
  • Promotion priority over the everyday loop
  • Chain-wide takeovers for launches and events

Inventory-aware screens are on the roadmap

Many retailers want screens to react to stock levels and sales data. Shopify and Square connections are planned, along with rules like “promote this item while inventory is above 20, stop below 5.” Until those ship, end dates and playlist edits handle the same job by hand: pull an item from the loop in a few clicks and every screen updates. Review steps and role permissions for store teams are planned as well.

  • Shopify and Square connections planned
  • Inventory-based show and hide rules planned
  • Approval chains and store-level roles planned

How it works

Live on screen in three steps

  1. 1

Pair the screens in each store

Open the player on each screen and enter its pairing code, grouping screens by store and location in the store.

  2. 2

    Create this season’s promos

Describe each offer to the AI Designer and build a playlist per screen group.

  3. 3

    Schedule and publish

Set date ranges and priorities, then publish to one store, a region, or every location.

FAQ

Retail: common questions

Can I run a promotion in only some of my stores?

Yes. Target a schedule at specific locations or screen groups, such as one region or only stores with a window screen.

Does it connect to Shopify or my POS?

Not yet. Shopify and Square connections are planned. Today you build and update promos in the editor and control them with schedules.

Can I use the screens and TVs I already have?

If the screen has a web browser, or you add an Android/Google TV device, it can run the player. Commercial Samsung and LG players are on the roadmap.

Will an expired sale keep showing by mistake?

Not if you give it an end date. The schedule removes it at the time you set and the screen goes back to the regular loop.

How is pricing calculated for a chain?

You pay per active screen after the first three, which are always free. Standard is $3 per screen per month, and chains with 50 or more screens can talk to us about Enterprise.
