School digital signage

Digital signage for schools and campuses

Put announcements, event calendars, lunch menus, and game schedules on screens in hallways, cafeterias, and front offices. When something urgent happens, an emergency message overrides every screen on campus at once.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Announcements without design work

Describe the event and the AI Designer returns three ready-to-post slides in your school colors.

02

Built around the school day

Before school, lunch, and after-school blocks each show the content that fits.

03

One override for every screen

An Emergency priority message replaces all scheduled content across campus until you clear it.

04

District, campus, or building

District-wide messages flow down while each school runs its own screens.

Announcements in minutes, not afternoons

The front office should not need a designer to post the spirit week schedule. Type “Spirit week, Monday pajama day through Friday blue and gold, fun and bold” and the AI Designer returns three slides to choose from. Edit the dates or swap a photo in the editor, add it to the hallway playlist, and set it to come down Friday night. Templates cover the regulars: club meetings, college visits, picture day, and game nights.

  • Three variations for every request
  • Templates for recurring school events
  • Automatic end dates so old news disappears
  • Images, video, and web pages in one loop

Schedule around bells, not clocks

Lay out the school day as dayparts: Before School, Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, and After School. The cafeteria screen shows the lunch menu only at lunch, hallway screens show the day’s announcements during passing time, and the gym lobby switches to the game schedule after the final bell. Add exceptions for holidays and early-release days, and copy a Monday setup across the whole week in one step.

  • Custom dayparts that match your bell schedule
  • Holiday and early-release exceptions
  • Different playlists per building and screen group
  • Copy one day to the rest of the week

Urgent messages that reach every screen

Weather closures, lockdowns, and evacuation notices cannot wait for the next loop. Staff with access publish a message at Emergency priority to one building or the whole district, and it overrides every other schedule until someone ends it. Screens play from a local cache, so content already delivered keeps showing during network trouble. Triggering alerts from your notification system through webhooks and the API is planned.

  • Emergency priority overrides everything
  • Target one building or every campus
  • Remote status shows which screens are online
  • Webhook and API triggers planned

How it works

Live on screen in three steps

  1. 1

    Add your buildings

Set up each campus as a location and pair hallway, cafeteria, and office screens with their on-screen codes.

  2. 2

    Match the bell schedule

Create dayparts for your school day and assign a playlist to each.

  3. 3

    Prepare your alert

Save an emergency message ahead of time so staff can publish it in seconds.

FAQ

Education: common questions

Can the screens connect to our emergency notification system?

Not yet. API and webhook triggers are planned. Today, authorized staff publish an Emergency priority message from the dashboard and it overrides every targeted screen.

Can each school manage its own screens?

Yes. District content inherits down to each campus, and each campus can add its own schedules on top. Location-scoped roles for building staff are planned.

Can we show the athletics calendar automatically?

A Google Calendar widget is planned. Today you can show a published calendar web page or update the schedule slide with the AI Designer.

Can we use the TVs already in our hallways?

If the TV has a web browser, or you plug in an Android/Google TV device, it can run the player. Raspberry Pi and Windows players are coming.

Is there a free option for a small school?

Yes. The first three screens are always free, including playlists, scheduling, and basic dayparting.
