Corporate digital signage
Corporate digital signage for lobbies, offices, and teams
Welcome visitors in the lobby, share company news in break rooms, and put team dashboards on the office floor. Describe an update in plain words, and DigitalSign designs it, schedules it, and sends it to the right screens.
First 3 screens free. No credit card.
Updates written in a sentence
Ask for “open enrollment reminder, deadline Nov 15” and choose from three designs.
Every office, its own time
Schedules respect each location’s time zone, so the morning loop starts at 8 AM everywhere.
Dashboards on the wall
Show a published dashboard as a web page today, with native data connections planned.
IT-friendly management
See status, resolution, and last check-in per screen, and refresh or restart remotely.
Team screens that stay current
Internal comms teams often find office screens showing last quarter’s news. With scheduled playlists, every update has a start and end date, so screens rotate fresh content without anyone walking the floors. Put a sales dashboard by the sales team and support metrics by support. Today a published or shareable dashboard URL can run as a web page item; live REST, JSON, and Google Sheets data connections are planned.
- Web page items for existing dashboards
- Start and end dates on every update
- Different loops per floor or department
- Native data connections planned
A lobby that greets visitors
The lobby display is the first thing a visitor sees. Use it for a welcome message, company milestones, office information, and visitor instructions. Ask the AI Designer for “welcome board for our client summit, clean and modern, portrait” and have it ready before guests arrive. A temporary override can put a named welcome on screen for a two-hour visit, then return the lobby to its normal loop.
- Portrait and landscape lobby layouts
- Temporary overrides for visits and events
- Brand Kit with logo, fonts, and colors planned
- Video and image loops between messages

Company-wide reach, office-level control
Schedules inherit from corporate to region to office to screen. HR can push an all-hands reminder to every office while each site adds its own events and facilities notices. A takeover puts one message on every screen for a set window, such as the CEO town hall stream link. Enterprise plans cover SSO and sub-accounts; granular role permissions and approval chains are planned.
- Corporate, region, office, and screen inheritance
- Company-wide takeovers for key moments
- Emergency priority for building notices
- SSO on Enterprise plans

How it works
Live on screen in three steps
- 1
Organize by office
Create a location for each office and group screens by lobby, break room, and team floor.
- 2
Build your first loops
Use the AI Designer and templates for welcome, news, and dashboard screens.
- 3
Schedule and hand off
Set corporate schedules once and let each office layer its own content on top.
FAQ
Corporate offices: common questions
Can we show Power BI, Tableau, or Looker dashboards?
If the dashboard has a shareable or published URL, you can show it as a web page item. Native data connections are planned.
Does it support single sign-on?
SSO is part of the Enterprise plan. Contact us to scope it for your identity provider.
Can different departments manage their own screens?
Screen groups and schedule inheritance let each office or team run its own content today. Granular, location-scoped roles and approval chains are planned.
What hardware should IT standardize on?
Any display with a web browser or an Android/Google TV device works now. Windows and macOS players are coming, and Samsung Tizen and LG webOS are on the roadmap.
How do we handle a building emergency message?
Publish it at Emergency priority to the office or screens affected. It overrides every other schedule until you clear it.
