Dashboards on TV

KPI dashboard display software for office and floor screens

Put the dashboards your team already uses on a wall screen, in rotation with announcements and goals. Show any web dashboard today, schedule it by shift, and manage every wall screen remotely.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Any web dashboard on a TV

Add a dashboard URL as a webpage scene and it plays full screen, in rotation with the rest of your content.

02

Mix metrics with context

Pair the numbers with designed slides that explain goals, so the screen tells a story instead of showing a raw chart.

03

Different views by shift

Schedule a production dashboard during shifts and a recognition loop at shift change.

04

Native data tiles planned

Live data connections and KPI widgets are planned, so numbers can flow straight into AI-designed scenes.

Show the dashboards you already have

Most teams already have their KPIs in a BI tool, a status page or a shared report. A DigitalSign scene can hold a webpage or iframe, so add the dashboard's URL and it plays on the TV like any other item. Give it a duration in a playlist and rotate it with announcements, or let it play on its own screen all day. The page needs to load without an interactive login on the display.

  • Webpage and iframe scenes available today
  • Rotate several dashboards in one playlist
  • Set how long each view stays on screen
  • Works with pages that load without a login prompt

Add the story around the numbers

A wall of charts gets ignored. Use the AI Designer to create slides that frame the metrics: this week's target, a safety streak, a team shout-out. Describe the slide, pick one of three variations, and drop it into the playlist between dashboard views. Update the target each week by editing the text, or ask the AI for a fresh version.

  • Goal and target slides designed by AI
  • Recognition and milestone templates
  • Edit numbers in the editor in seconds
  • Images and video in the same rotation

What is planned for live data

Native data connections are on the roadmap, beginning with generic REST, JSON, CSV and webhook sources, then Google Sheets and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Once available, a value from a feed will bind to a text element in a scene, so the AI-designed slide updates itself. Planned conditional rules will change content when a metric crosses a threshold. None of this ships today; webpage scenes are the way to show live numbers now.

  • Generic REST, JSON, CSV and webhook feeds planned
  • Google Sheets, HubSpot and Salesforce planned
  • Threshold-based rules planned
  • Webpage scenes cover live dashboards today

Screens that stay up on the floor

Each player caches its designed content locally and keeps playing through network gaps. Webpage scenes need a connection to show fresh data, so plan wired Ethernet for dashboard screens when you can. From the dashboard, check each screen's status and last heartbeat, take a screenshot to confirm the dashboard loaded, and refresh it remotely if a page stalls or a session times out.

  • Remote screenshot to confirm a dashboard loaded
  • Remote refresh for stalled pages
  • Offline cache for designed slides
  • Status and last heartbeat for every screen

How it works

Live on screen in three steps

  1. 1

    Add your dashboard URL

Create a webpage scene that points at the dashboard you already use.

  2. 2

    Build the rotation

Mix dashboard views with AI-designed goal slides in a playlist.

  3. 3

    Schedule by shift

Assign playlists to shift dayparts and pair the wall screens.

FAQ

KPI dashboard displays: common questions

How do I put a KPI dashboard on a TV?

Add the dashboard's URL to a webpage scene, put it in a playlist, and assign the playlist to the screen. The player shows it full screen.

Will my dashboard work if it needs a login?

The page must load in the screen's browser without an interactive sign-in. Many BI tools offer a shareable or public view link for this purpose.

Can DigitalSign pull my KPIs directly from a data source?

Not yet. Data connections are planned, starting with generic REST, JSON, CSV and webhook feeds. Today, a webpage scene is how you show live data.

Can I rotate several dashboards on one screen?

Yes. Add each as its own scene in a playlist and set how long each one stays up.

Do dashboards keep showing if the network drops?

Designed slides play from the local cache. A live web dashboard needs a connection to show current numbers, so wired Ethernet is a good idea for those screens.

What does a KPI display cost?

The first three screens are free, then plans start at $3 per screen per month.
