Manufacturing digital signage for shift KPIs and safety
Put safety messages on the production floor, shift updates in the break room, and performance boards where supervisors can see them. Content changes with each shift, and a plant-wide emergency message can override every screen at once.
First 3 screens free. No credit card.
Content that follows the shift
First, second, and third shift each get their own playlists, switching at shift change.
Safety in every zone
Rotate PPE reminders, near-miss lessons, and housekeeping standards on floor screens.
Plant-wide override
An Emergency priority message replaces everything on every screen until you clear it.
Built for plant networks
Screens play from a verified local cache, so spotty Wi-Fi on the floor does not blank them.
Shift boards that change with the shift
Set First, Second, and Third shift as dayparts, including overnight hours, and give each its own loop. Supervisors see the goals and notes for their crew, and the break room shows the right shift’s news. For live numbers, a published dashboard from your MES or BI tool can run as a web page item today. Native feeds from REST, JSON, and CSV sources are planned, along with rules that react to them.
- Overnight-aware shift dayparts
- Existing dashboards as web page items
- Separate loops per line or area
- REST, JSON, and CSV feeds planned
Safety and recognition in the break room
The break room is where people actually have time to read. Rotate safety topics of the week, upcoming training, benefits deadlines, birthdays, and recognition. Ask the AI Designer for “lockout tagout reminder, bold, high contrast, bilingual English and Spanish” and pick from three options. Floor screens can stay simple, with large text and short messages people can read from a forklift.
- Weekly safety topics on a recurring schedule
- High-contrast, large-text layouts
- Bilingual messages from one request
- Recognition and HR updates by date range

Reliable on the plant floor
Plant networks are rarely perfect, and a black screen on the floor helps nobody. The player downloads content, validates checksums, stores it locally, and keeps playing that cache if the connection drops. From the office, you can see each screen’s last check-in, current content, and a screenshot, then refresh or restart it remotely. Multi-plant operations can share corporate content and let each site add its own.
- Checksummed local cache on every player
- Remote screenshots, refresh, and restart
- Last heartbeat and sync time per screen
- Corporate content shared across plants

How it works
Live on screen in three steps
- 1
Map your plant
Add each plant as a location and group screens by floor area, line, and break room.
- 2
Set your shifts
Create dayparts for each shift and assign safety, KPI, and news playlists.
- 3
Prepare emergency messages
Save evacuation and shelter messages ahead of time so they can go out in seconds.
FAQ
Manufacturing: common questions
Can screens show live production numbers?
Native data connections are planned. Today, if your MES or BI tool publishes a dashboard URL, you can show it as a web page item.
How do schedules handle the overnight shift?
Dayparts can span midnight, so a 10 PM to 6 AM shift plays as one block.
What if the plant Wi-Fi drops?
Each player keeps playing its verified local copy of the content and syncs when the connection returns.
Can it connect to our alarm or PA system?
Not today. API and webhook triggers are planned. Today, an authorized user publishes an Emergency priority message from the dashboard.
What hardware works on the floor?
Any industrial or commercial display with a web browser, or one fed by an Android/Google TV device. Raspberry Pi and Windows players are coming.
