Scheduling and dayparting

Digital signage scheduling that runs your day for you

Plan a weekly timeline of dayparts like Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, each with its own playlist. Add recurring rules, priorities and temporary overrides, and every screen shows the right content at the right time.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Weekly daypart timeline

Lay out Overnight, Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner and Late night blocks, each tied to a playlist.

02

Recurring rules

Run content every Monday, on the first Friday of the month, or on weekends only.

03

Clear priorities

Normal, Promotion and Emergency priority levels decide what wins when schedules overlap.

04

Temporary overrides

Take over screens for the next two hours, or push an emergency message that supersedes everything.

A daypart timeline for your whole week

Scheduling starts with a weekly timeline. Drag blocks for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or any custom daypart and attach a playlist to each. Copy Monday to the rest of the weekdays, copy a whole week, and add exceptions for holidays. Daypart templates for restaurants, gyms, retail and hotels give you a sensible starting point. Every schedule respects each location's time zone.

Rules and priorities that resolve cleanly

Rules can target time, weekday, date range, recurrence, location or screen group. When two schedules overlap, priority decides: Normal is 10, Promotion is 50 and Emergency is 100, and the highest matching priority wins. Schedules also inherit from corporate to region to location to screen, with local schedules layered on top, so headquarters can set the baseline while each location adds its own content.

Overrides for the moments that cannot wait

A temporary override puts different content on screens for a set window, such as the next two hours. A takeover campaign can run on every screen from 12 to 1 PM. An emergency override supersedes everything until you clear it. Basic dayparting is included in the Free plan, and advanced scheduling is part of Standard at $3 per screen per month.

FAQ

Scheduling: common questions

What happens when two schedules overlap?

The highest matching priority wins. Normal is 10, Promotion is 50 and Emergency is 100.

Can I schedule content for every Monday or the first Friday of the month?

Yes. Recurrence rules cover patterns like every Monday, the first Friday of the month and weekends.

Does scheduling handle time zones?

Yes. Schedules resolve in each screen's local time zone, so a 7 AM breakfast block starts at 7 AM everywhere.

Can headquarters set a schedule that locations add to?

Yes. Schedules inherit from corporate to region to location to screen, and local schedules overlay the inherited ones.

Is scheduling included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes scheduling and basic dayparting. Advanced scheduling is part of Standard at $3 per screen per month.
