Six roles are planned: Owner, Admin, Designer, Publisher, Location Manager and Viewer. Underneath them sit granular permissions for creating and editing designs, publishing, managing screens, billing, users and viewing analytics. Each permission can be scoped by location, so a regional manager sees their region and a store manager sees their store. Everyone gets the access they need and nothing more.

Approvals before anything goes live
For brands with standards to protect, approval chains will route content through the right people: designer to location manager to corporate to published. Each step can approve or send it back. You can also choose to require approval on anything the AI Designer creates, so automated or prompted content still gets a human check before it reaches a customer-facing screen. Every decision will be recorded.

Where teams and approvals fit in pricing
Approvals and team permissions are planned for the Pro plan at $8 per screen per month, alongside proof-of-play, analytics and API and webhooks. Enterprise adds SSO, franchise and sub-account structures and white labeling at custom pricing. Until approvals ship, you can invite your team to your organization and coordinate publishing through your existing review process. We will update this page when roles and approvals ship.
