Data integrations that keep signage in sync with your systems

Data integrations are on the way. Connect a REST API, JSON or CSV file, RSS feed or webhook and bind it to your designs, so prices, menus and numbers update on screen when your data changes.

First 3 screens free. No credit card.

01

Generic connections first

REST, JSON, RSS, CSV and webhooks are planned first, so most systems can connect on day one.

02

Native integrations planned

Square, Toast, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets and Calendar are on the roadmap.

03

Data bound to designs

Map a field like price or item name to an element, and the screen updates when the data does.

04

Reusable data

Connect a source once and use it across many designs, such as a menu feeding every menu board.

Start with the formats you already have

The first connections will be generic: REST APIs, JSON, RSS, CSV and incoming webhooks. Most point-of-sale, inventory and reporting systems can export one of these, so you will be able to connect them without waiting for a dedicated integration. A connection becomes a data source in your account, and you bind its fields to elements in a design, like the price on a menu board.

  • REST and JSON APIs
  • RSS feeds and CSV files
  • Incoming webhooks
  • Field-level binding to design elements

Native integrations on the roadmap

After the generic connections, native integrations are planned for Square, Toast, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets and Calendar. None of these are live today, and we will list each one as it ships. The aim is reusable data: connect Toast once, and the same menu data can drive your menu boards, and the AI Designer can build a menu board straight from it.

  • Square, Toast and Shopify planned
  • HubSpot and Salesforce planned
  • Google Sheets and Calendar planned
  • One source feeding many designs

Where data integrations fit in pricing

API feeds are planned for the Standard plan at $3 per screen per month. Point-of-sale feeds and data-driven displays are planned for Pro at $8 per screen per month, alongside conditional triggers and API and webhooks. Until connections ship, you can show live web pages on screens and keep prices current by editing designs in the content library, then replacing them everywhere at once.

  • POS feeds and data-driven displays planned for Pro

How it works

Live on screen in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect a source

Add a REST endpoint, JSON or CSV file, RSS feed or webhook.

  2. 2

    Bind fields

Map data fields like price or name to elements in your design.

  3. 3

    Stay current

Screens will update when the data changes, with no manual edits.

FAQ

Data integrations: common questions

Are data integrations available now?

Not yet. Data integrations are on the way, starting with REST, JSON, RSS, CSV and webhooks.

Do you integrate with Square or Toast?

Native Square and Toast integrations are planned but not live. The generic connections will come first and can work with many systems that export data.

Can I use a Google Sheet to update prices?

A Google Sheets integration is planned. CSV import, also planned, will cover a similar need.

Which plan will include data integrations?

API feeds are planned for Standard. POS feeds and data-driven displays are planned for Pro at $8 per screen per month.

Can I use one data source across many screens?

Yes, that is the design. A data source connects once and can feed any number of designs and screens.
